A: Yes! At checkout, please select “In-store Pickup” as your delivery method.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our store sells a mix of in-stock and pre-order items:
In-stock items: Shipped within 7 days (rush orders not accepted)
Pre-order items: Additional waiting time of about 10–25 business days (excluding holidays)

Q: What delivery options are available?
A: We currently offer:

7-11 / FamilyMart convenience store pickup with payment upon collection

Q: How long will delivery take once shipped?
A: For 7-11 / FamilyMart logistics, delivery to Taiwan main island usually takes about 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Q: What if an item is out of stock or sold out?
A: As products are also sold in-store, there may be cases where in-stock items sell out before our online inventory updates.
Our clothing items are limited-time and fast-moving, so stock-outs may occur during the fulfillment process. We will do our best to coordinate restocking with suppliers.
If an item is sold out, our customer service team will contact you so you can choose to switch to another style or cancel your order.
⚠ If you cannot accept sudden stock-outs, we recommend confirming availability before placing your order.
Q: What should I know about returns and exchanges?
A: If you wish to request a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Contact us and submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached and not washed.
Please return the invoice along with the item.
Shipping fee policy:
Non-defective returns/exchanges: Return shipping fee to be borne by the customer (approx. NT$60); shipping for sending the new item (in exchanges) will be covered by us.
Defective or wrong items: Round-trip shipping fees will be covered by us.
⚠ We cannot accept returns/exchanges for items that show signs of use, have odors, have been washed, or are returned without the invoice. Thank you for your understanding.
